this little cake is so light, it seems like it would be perfect for a tea party or an afternoon luncheon with the ladies.
yeah...i might have kept it in a smidge too long. it was still jiggely in the middle so i though i'd give it a few more mins, but, alas..., just a bit too much. i think it would have turned out more moist, if, in fact it is supposed to be moist-ier.
woops, sorry i never finished my post. well, thanks again to o'pistachio where i saw this recipe. i like this blog. i've tried goodies from here before and turned out great.
oh...and of course, i didn't do the whole rubarb thing. i'm not a fan of rubarb. not that i don't like it, it's just that, i guess i don't find it appealing. my loss maybe.
